Do you offer professional stringing services?
Yes, we offer custom stringing for all new racquets. You can select your preferred string type and tension on the product page, and our certified stringers will prepare it before shipping.
How do I choose the right grip size?
Most adult players use a grip size between 4 1/4 (L2) and 4 3/8 (L3). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size and adding an overgrip for a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for tennis racquets?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, racquets must be in brand-new condition with the plastic wrap still on the handle. Once the plastic is removed or the racquet has been played with, it cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested custom stringing, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our racquets are 100% authentic and come with a full manufacturer's warranty against defects, typically valid for one year from the date of purchase.
