Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective plastic on racquet handles, back into the original shipping box or a secure equivalent.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Once our warehouse inspects the equipment to ensure it is in playable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
